"Write on email: [email protected]"

-- Mvh

MM Vision X6580 - Gamer bærbar Hi Fc Junkies,
unfortunately doesn't work with me (assuming fn+left arrow is the home button yeexd was talking about). It's really annoying! lol -- Gæstebruger, opret dit eget login og få din egen signatur. Hello, the same thing happened to me a couple of hours ago. I was in the middle of using my MacBook when it suddenly froze, then restarted asking for a 4 digit passcode and with the message at the bottom saying to email [email protected]. At the exact same time I got an email from Apple saying my Apple ID had been used to log into iCloud from a Firefox browser (not me) and then another email saying my MacBook had been locked and I'd need to used the passcode I set when I locked it (which I obviously didn't do). In addition to this my iPhone went into lost iPhone mode, but seemed to unlock with my fingerprint. The weird email address even popped up on my iPhone screen.
Im freaking out!! Can anyone help? Would the person who locked it have access to my computer? Could they have wiped my computer? -- Gæstebruger, opret dit eget login og få din egen signatur. to Stuck...
They got your apple ID pass and logged into iCould and clicked as if your iPhone/macbook have been lost. I think the option generates automatically a lock with a password (4 or 6 digits). So far I haven't found a solution... the best I found on the internet is to remove RAM... lol -- Gæstebruger, opret dit eget login og få din egen signatur. and right, unless your apple id pass is the same in all other apps, then your C is probably safe. -- Gæstebruger, opret dit eget login og få din egen signatur. Taking the fact that Apple was hacked about a week ago, this seems very weird....
the answered my email saying I should send 30$ to a @yandex.ru mail (I dont have to cause Iphone unlocking just needs the press of the home button like I mentioned before).
My advice is to change the Password of your apple ID and the most imprtant thing: activate 2Factor authentification. If you have access to your apple id you should be able to deactivate the "lock mac" function -- Gæstebruger, opret dit eget login og få din egen signatur. I have changed my Apple ID password etc and have access to my account but I'm not sure where to go to deactive "lock mac"? In find my iPhone my mac is now offline and it doesn't say it's locked.. -- Gæstebruger, opret dit eget login og få din egen signatur. Yesterday I had same situacion like you guys. I`ve restored iPhone via iTunes but my iMac is blocked. I connect it to internet (wifi doesnt work cause iCloud didn`t see it) via LAN cable and iCloud saw it but I could not do anything to unlock so I`ve tried to lock by myself set password: 1111. next I rebooted iMac and now on screen was mine blockade, I put 1111 and it says that my iMac is deactivated and password was wrong... When I`m trying to backup (cmd+R) there is password which I don`t have (I bought second handed iMac)
Whould you have any ideas ?
Maybe someone tried:

I think that all of you have to report to Apple.
And post here when you got a reply from them. -- Mvh

MM Vision X6580 - Gamer bærbar It seems like your device(s) have been put in lost mode. So basically what has happened is, someone logged into iCloud.com with your Apple ID and password, and activated lost mode.
do NOT send any money. All you have to do to unlock device is to login to iCloud.com or the device itself. Read more here: https://support.apple.com[...]
Apple is not able to unlock your device for you. -- Sidst redigeret 21-04-2017 12:03 Just to update..
I am not able to unlock the device via iCloud or otherwise because I no longer have access to the device on iCloud. It's not listed in my device list at all anymore. There is absolutely no way for me to unlock it.
I have spoken to AppleCare and visited the Apple Store. They say they can unlock it but only by wiping everything and starting again with the computer. I wasn't happy with them not even trying to save my data so I went to a computer repair place who took out my hard drive in 5 minutes and confirmed all my data is still on the computer (lucky I didn't let Apple wipe it!). Now this computer repair place is backing up all my data for me, then I plan to take it back to Apple to have it unlocked. Will update again when I get my computer back.
I really haven't been very happy with the help (or lack thereof) that I have received from Apple thoughout this very stressful experience.
