Hey steam support..
my Steam account name is 'XXXXX'
last Friday.. that would now be 4 days ago.
I attempted to install Dota 2..
it placed me in Launch Queue as no. 22037..
and said it would e-mail me when ready..
now having rebooted a few times,
having refreshed steam a few times.
I'm still no 22037 in queue, 4 days later.
Is that normal? reading your forum, and online I see
people usually only wait 5 minutes.
I have all the latest updates of both steam and drivers etc.

hey... I'm a little uncertain as to the purpose of this response.
seems to me like I just got a copy/paste of the FAQ section that I had to pass and acknowledge was 'NOT' the problem in order to ask this question..
Could I be possibly be assisted by someone maybe who would be willing to actually read my issue. ----------------------------------------
