Sounds like Altibox have some issues with their upstream providers or peering partner. If it’s specific services it most likely the cause. There is nothing really you can do. Altibox have to sort it out with their upstream partners or switch to another partner that have better connectivity.
The bigger ISP usually have better partners to get out in the world.

#1 Which ISP do you think has better Peering?

#2 The bigger ISPs - Telenor, YouSee/TDC and Telia.

You write you got your answer and as #1 says Altibox and their partners have to fix this, but collect the data if you can, write to them about once a week for a follow up.
Alitbox do more than the fibre owners in my area I figured that out for the 2 weeks I worked with them in July this year.
Altibox was actually the ISP that figured out by researching Norlys that the fibre central I need to go through with internet doesn't have the capacity to support anything higher speed than 200mbit up and down outside the fibre owners network which is not good in 2023 and this wasn't even outside Denmark it was like going from Norlys' network to TDC, Telia, Telenor even GC (GlobalConnect) the speed just dropped from maybe 650-700mbit stable down to 200mbit stable and Norlys still wants you to pay full price.

#4 When I had the fiber service with Telenor, everything worked correctly for me. Now with Altibox it doesn't work correctly. I have problems loading videos, problems with navigation, problems with streaming services (everything looks pixelated and with poor quality) and problems when playing online.I have the Google Nest pro router as the main router. I will try to change it for an Asus AC-88U Router. But I am very unhappy with the performance of the Altibox fiber

Will Norlys also have good routes? What is the largest company in Denmark? TDC/Yousee? Telenor?
--
Norlys/TDC is probably the 2 largest.
And Norlys is managering the NordEnergi fiber network.

#0 I have no problems with Norlys.
