Dear Jacob,
you ordered a change-battery for your ThinkPad or something like this.
We had a bad system error so that you wrongly received two batteries instead of one.
Now I request you to send the second battary - that was wrongly shipped - back to us.
To proceed this please do the following steps:
You have the option where DHL will pick up your battery. For this option, you should reuse the original boxes and packing material. For orders of more than one battery, please rebox all individual batteries, repack these boxed recalled batteries into the larger box, and prepare the large box for shipment as described below. Please find the enclosed label for return shipment. Fill in your address where specified and place the label on the return box. Call your national DHL number 70-130-130 to set up the return shipment. Refer to account number 966785544 and the DHL agent will assist you in any steps necessary for the return of batteries. Inform the agent to return the batteries to the following address:
Geodis Deutschland GmbH
Hanns-Klemm-Str. 24
D-71034 Böblingen
Thanks for your help,
mit freundlichen Grüßen / with kind regards
