Are you arguing that the LG monitor is not available, which reduces competition for Predator monitor, or that your monitor is more valuable since there isn't an option to purchase it from new?

My argument is that if you compare the new price of X27 then 8k is a fair price. Secondly, LG new price + availability compare to my X27 price ? Are you sure if it is ok to justify that LG950 new = X27 new ?

I would completely agree with you, that a write-off of 4000,- kroner is substantial, and would merit considering a purchase of your monitor at that price as reasonable. However, full disclosure, with what (very limited) understanding I have of the monitor-market, I would have a har time recommending anyone buying an out off waranty used monitor, when you can buy a completely new 4K 144Hz monitor from LG (who, as I understand it, are streets ahead on monitor-tech) for less. Again - I've recently ventured into trying to grasp what in the world is going on in the world of tech, and I find the monitor-side of the field somewhat more difficult to grasp than many of the the other things... so... I should definitely wait a month or two before I start having opinions. But... if we for a moment play with the idea, that the honess is on you as the seller to sell your hardware - then why should someone consider paying more for the Predator? Regardless: thank you for engaging in the conversation, and please let me know, if I am intruding in your thread. I am occasionally able to stfu. Hope all is well with you and yours.

Oh... I don't think I adressed your questions. My apologies. Secondly, LG new price + availability compare to my X27 price ? The comparison with the 950 has the LG winning, as it is in stock at a lesser cost. Are you sure if it is ok to justify that LG950 new = X27 new ? No. I don't know how they compare. But yours isn't new, and I wouldn't be surprised if the younger monitor with (to my LIMITED knowledge) equivalent performance would be less expensive. The companies optimize production methods. What was cutting edge 2 years ago quickly becomes commonplace.
